The Forbes Industries 5202-8-H2 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter is an 8 ft. rectangular table designed for efficient food service. It features two strategically positioned holding and warming induction units on the left and right sides. The elegant wood veneer construction is complemented by a Trend glass/stone countertop and solid wood molding, providing a sophisticated look. This serving counter includes a three-sided cabinet with both middle and bottom shelves for ample storage. The tapered corner supports enhance stability and style. The induction units are equipped with SmartScan® technology and a 5mm thick tempered glass cooktop, ensuring durability and safety. Users can choose between power or temperature modes, with a temperature range of 90° to 440°F. The LED power and temperature display, along with a knob-set thermostat control, allows for precise adjustments. The touch-sensitive control box features a stainless steel frame and an on/off touchpad with an indicator light for easy operation. Additional safety features include over/under voltage protection. Mobility is facilitated by five 5-inch grey wheels, making it easy to reposition the serving counter as needed. The product meets FCC, cETL, ETL-Sanitation, and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
