Equipped with SmartScan® technology, the induction units offer 20 hold temperature settings ranging from 90°F to 440°F, with temperature displays available in both °F and °C. The LED power and temperature display, along with a knob-set thermostat control, ensures precise temperature management. The touch-sensitive control box, framed in stainless steel, includes an on/off touchpad with an indicator light for easy operation.
