The induction unit is equipped with SmartScan® technology and offers 20 hold temperature settings ranging from 90°F to 440°F, with temperature display options in either °F or °C.
Control is user-friendly with an LED power/temp display, knob-set thermostat, and a touch-sensitive control box housed in a durable stainless steel frame.
