The Forbes Industries 5220-8-H2 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter is an 8 ft. rectangular table designed for efficient food service. It features two strategically positioned holding and warming induction units on the left and right sides. The durable laminate tabletop is complemented by a robust stainless steel frame, ensuring longevity and stability.
Equipped with SmartScan® technology, the induction units offer a 5mm thick tempered glass cook-top that provides both power and temperature modes, adjustable from 90°F to 440°F. The LED power and temperature display allows for easy monitoring, while the knob-set thermostat control and touch-sensitive control box enhance user convenience. An on/off touchpad with an indicator light ensures clear operation status.
Mobility is facilitated by 3" chrome hooded casters, making it easy to reposition the serving counter as needed. The unit meets FCC, cETL, ETL-Sanitation, and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
