The FWE PHTT-3DR-6SL is a versatile free-standing warming drawer designed for optimal food holding and humidity control. Featuring the innovative Clymate IQ® technology, this unit includes three drawers with magnetic workflow handles, each capable of accommodating full-size 12"x 20" pans up to 6” deep. The temperature control ranges from 90°F to 200°F, complemented by a digital display for precise monitoring. Additionally, the moisture control allows for a relative humidity range of 0% to 90%, also displayed digitally. Built with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, this warming drawer is equipped with 4" legs for stability. It includes low water and temperature alarms for added safety and is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and rated IPX4 for reliable performance in commercial settings.
