This unit includes a humidified proofer and heating system with an adjustable thermostat and individual proofer controls for precise temperature management. The cabinet is fully insulated and equipped with a removable water reservoir for easy maintenance. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, it ensures longevity and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with five-inch casters, featuring two rigid and two swivel wheels with brakes for stability.
