The FWE PHU-5-5 is a mobile proofer and heater cabinet designed for versatility and efficiency in food preparation. It features a split cavity design with five pairs of universal tray slides per compartment, accommodating either five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" pans with 4-1/2" on-center spacing. The humidified proofer/heating system ensures optimal conditions for dough proofing and food warming, while the adjustable thermostat allows for precise temperature control. Each compartment has individual proofer controls for tailored operation. The cabinet is constructed with stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning, and it includes a removable water reservoir for added convenience.
