Description
The Glastender DI-FR36-DW-FL is a high-performance drop-in ice cream dipping cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. Measuring 24"W x 18"D, this self-contained refrigeration unit maintains a temperature range of -5°F (-20°C) to 10°F (-12°C), ensuring optimal storage conditions for your ice cream. It features a capacity for two 3-gallon cans, making it ideal for busy service environments. The cabinet is equipped with a durable stainless steel flip lid for easy access and a built-in 6" diameter dipper well with faucet for quick cleaning and maintenance. The stainless steel top and interior liner provide a sleek, hygienic surface, while the galvanized steel exterior wrap ensures durability and longevity. Installation is straightforward with the included mounting hardware, requiring a cutout of 32-3/4" x 14-3/4". Powered by a 1/4 HP compressor and utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit is both efficient and environmentally friendly.   • Factory note:: THIS UNIT REQUIRES PROPER VENTILATION. AIR FLOW RESTRICTIONS AND/OR LACK OF VENTILATION OF CABINET SPACE WILL CAUSE COMPRESSOR FAILURE AND WILL VOID WARRANTY. CONDENSER NEEDS 150CFM OF AIR SUPPLY TO MAINTAIN PROPER OPERATION.
