The Groen AHS-40 is a stationary gas kettle designed for efficient cooking with a 40-gallon capacity. Its low height design allows for easy access and operation. The kettle features a 2/3 jacket for optimal heat distribution and is constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel liner, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. The stainless steel insulated body enhances energy efficiency while maintaining consistent temperatures. Equipped with a 2" TDO and a 1/4" perforated strainer, it facilitates easy draining and straining of liquids. The power aid cover provides added convenience during cooking, and the faucet bracket allows for easy installation of a faucet. The kettle stands on sturdy bullet feet for stability and can operate at a maximum pressure of 30 PSI, delivering a powerful output of 115,000 BTU for rapid heating and cooking.
