The Hoshizaki HC2A-FS is a two-section heated cabinet designed for efficient food storage and service. This upright, reach-in unit features full stainless steel doors for durability and easy cleaning. It accommodates six epoxy-coated shelves measuring 21.25" x 26", providing ample space for various food items. The top compartment is designed to hold up to 36 sheet pans, making it ideal for high-volume operations. Equipped with a solid-state digital controller, the HC2A-FS offers precise temperature management, complemented by a temperature alarm and an easy-to-read LED display. The insulated cabinet and doors ensure optimal heat retention, while the stainless steel interior and exterior enhance longevity and hygiene. Mobility is facilitated by 4" casters, allowing for easy repositioning. This unit meets cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, UL, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and energy efficiency.
