This one-section refrigerated counter offers a spacious 29.3 cu. ft. of storage, featuring a rail capacity for (12) 1/3 pans, with pans and adapter bars included. It is equipped with (2) solid hinged doors and (2) drawers, each capable of accommodating (2) 12" x 20" x 6" deep pans (pans sold separately).
The prep table includes a 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board, providing a sturdy workspace. Its stainless steel exterior front, sides, and top, along with a stainless steel interior, ensure longevity and easy cleaning. The self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/3 HP compressor. The unit comes with a power cord and NEMA 5-15P plug, meeting cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards for safety and performance.
