IKON ISP36M-4D is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for efficient sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 7.7 cu. ft. capacity, it measures 36-1/5"W x 34-1/2"D x 43-1/5"H. The stainless steel top features an opening for (15) 1/6 pans, which are included, allowing for easy access to ingredients. It includes (4) drawers and a removable cutting board for added convenience.
The unit operates within a temperature range of 33° - 40°F, controlled by an electronic thermostat with a digital LED temperature display. Automatic defrost ensures optimal performance, while the interior features a durable 304 stainless steel floor, aluminum back wall, and ABS side walls and door backs. The stainless steel front and sides provide a sleek appearance.
Mobility is facilitated by (2) braked 2-1/2" swivel casters. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 refrigerant and is powered by a 1/2 HP compressor, operating at 115v/60/1-ph with a current of 4.3 amps. The unit is cULus and UL EPH certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
