The Imperial IMGA-3628 is a high-performance gas countertop griddle designed for commercial kitchens. Featuring a spacious 36" W x 24" D cooking surface, it is equipped with three powerful griddle burners that deliver a total of 90,000 BTU (26kW) for efficient cooking. The 3/4" thick, smooth polished steel plate ensures even heat distribution and durability. This griddle includes aeration baffles for optimal heat retention and manual controls for precise temperature adjustments. A continuous pilot light enhances safety and convenience during operation. The 4" wide grease gutter effectively collects excess grease, while the removable 1-gallon grease can with a weep hole simplifies cleanup. Constructed with stainless steel for the front, sides, ledge, and splash guards, the IMGA-3628 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It also features sturdy 4" stainless steel legs for stability.
