The Imperial IMGA-4828 is a high-performance gas countertop griddle designed for commercial kitchens. Featuring a spacious 48" W x 24" D cooking surface, it is equipped with four powerful griddle burners that deliver a total of 120,000 BTU (35kW) for efficient cooking. The 3/4" thick, smooth polished steel plate ensures even heat distribution and durability. This griddle includes aeration baffles for optimal temperature control and manual controls for precise adjustments. A continuous pilot light enhances safety and convenience during operation. The 4" wide grease gutter effectively collects excess grease, while the removable 1-gallon grease can with a weep hole simplifies cleanup.
