The Irinox MULTIFRESH NEXT LL EXCELLENCE ECO-SILENT is a versatile blast chiller and shock freezer designed for professional kitchens. This reach-in unit features 13 dedicated functions, including Blast Chilling, Shock Freezing, Cold Holding, Frozen Holding, Thawing, Proofing, Regenerating, Chocolate Melting, Pasteurization, Dehydrating, Low-Temperature Cooking, and Automatic Chilling and Freezing.
With a capacity to accommodate (14) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (28) 12" x 20" x 2.5" steam table pans, this unit ensures efficient cooling and freezing with a yield capacity of 154 lbs. It operates quietly, utilizing electronic 5-speed evaporator fans and variable speed electronic condenser fans to manage temperatures from -31ºF to +185ºF, suitable for climate class 4 (86ºF ambient).
The rapid blast chill capability allows for cooling from 194°F to 37°F in approximately 90 minutes, while the rapid shock freeze function can take food from 194°F to 0°F in about 4 hours. The unit includes USB HACCP data transfer, automatic cold and frozen holding, and touch pad controls for ease of use.
Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, both internally and externally, it features (6) stainless steel wire shelves and adjustable legs. The self-contained air-cooled condensing unit operates with R290 propane refrigerant and is ETL certified for electrical safety and sanitation standards. The door is hinged on the left, and the unit comes with a cord (plug not included; suggested plug is L15-30P NEMA).
