The Jackson WWS FLIGHTSTAR is a high-performance flight-type dishwasher designed for efficiency and sanitation. This unit features high-temperature sanitizing capabilities and can operate on either electric or steam power. With a two-tank system and a 29"W conveyor, it processes approximately 14,964 dishes per hour, ensuring rapid cleaning for high-volume operations.
The dishwasher has a capacity of 50 gallons per hour and dimensions of 222"W x 46"D x 87"H, with a clearance of 25"H x 30"W. It includes essential components such as prewash, wash, power rinse, and final rinse tanks, all equipped with insulated hinged access doors for easy maintenance. The adjustable rinse system offers Econo or Turbo rinse options, utilizing Rainbow Rinse™ arms for optimal performance.
Additional features include a door switch, automatic tank fill, and an LED digital display that provides real-time temperature readouts for each tank. Onboard service diagnostics and vent fan control enhance operational efficiency, while the pulsed drive reverse function ensures thorough cleaning. The large removable scrap screens are designed for easy handling and fit inside standard 20-55 gallon waste receptacles.
Constructed with a durable stainless steel frame, legs, and feet, the Jackson WWS FLIGHTSTAR meets cETLus and ETL Sanitation standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified. Custom sizes are available upon request.
