The Jade Range JBR-48B-M is a 48" Bistro™ Restaurant Range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. This gas range features a modular charbroiler with durable cast iron radiants and grates, ensuring even heat distribution and exceptional grilling results. With infinite manual controls, chefs can easily adjust temperatures for precise cooking. The stainless steel construction of the front, sides, tray bed, and stub back provides durability and easy maintenance.
