Description
The Jade Range JGM-2424-F Supreme™ Griddle is a high-performance gas floor model designed for commercial kitchens. Featuring a 24-inch cooking surface with a 1-inch thick smooth steel plate, it ensures even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. The griddle is equipped with manual controls for precise temperature management, though it does not include a temperature thermostat. With pilot tips for easy ignition, this model also includes 3-inch high stainless steel side and rear splashes to contain spills and enhance safety. The sturdy 25-inch legs and undershelf provide stability and additional storage space. Delivering 60,000 BTU, this griddle is CSAus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for any professional cooking environment.
