The Jade Range JMSS-06-T-72 is a 72" Heavy Duty Gas Range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. The integrated refrigerated rail at the rear accommodates up to ten 1/4 size pans, ensuring easy access to ingredients while cooking. Each burner has independent controls for precise temperature management. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the range includes a removable night cover for added convenience and hygiene. The front, sides, and stub back are also stainless steel, providing a sleek and professional appearance. A 6" plate shelf offers additional workspace for plating and preparation. This modular unit requires installation on a compatible Jade refrigerated base, which is sold separately. The range operates at 2.0 amps and features a 1/3 HP motor, meeting cETLus, CSAus, and NSF standards for safety and performance.
