The Jade Range JTRH-36G-36 is a robust 36" heavy-duty gas range designed for high-performance cooking. Featuring a 36" griddle with a 1" thick polished steel plate, this range offers exceptional heat retention and cooking versatility. Manual controls provide straightforward operation without a temperature thermostat, allowing for precise cooking adjustments. The standard oven is equipped with two chrome-plated racks and a stainless steel oven liner for easy cleaning and durability. A built-in grease trough and splashguards enhance safety and cleanliness during cooking. The 6" plate shelf offers convenient storage for dishes, while the front, sides, stub back, and bottom are constructed from durable stainless steel for longevity. With 140,000 BTU of power and 6" adjustable legs for stability, this range meets CSAus and NSF standards, making it an ideal choice for commercial kitchens seeking reliability and performance.
