The Jade Range JTRH-48SB is a 48" heavy-duty gas range designed for professional kitchens. This Titan™ Robata Range features dual chambers, each equipped with two powerful infrared burners, delivering exceptional cooking performance with a total output of 140,000 BTU. Infinite manual controls allow for precise temperature adjustments, while removable grates and a drop-in charcoal/briquette basket enhance versatility for various cooking styles. The adjustable air shutter ensures optimal airflow for consistent results. Built with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, including the front, sides, and stub back, this range is designed for easy cleaning and long-lasting use. The insulated cabinet base provides added safety and efficiency, and the 6" stainless steel legs offer stability and height adjustment.
