Merrychef E3

The Merrychef E3 is a versatile combination rapid cook oven designed for efficiency and performance. This compact eikon™ model features convection and microwave cooking capabilities, allowing for quick and even heating. It offers two rack positions for flexible cooking options and ventless cooking capability for easy installation and operation. Equipped with EasyTouch™ controls, the E3 simplifies the cooking process, while USB memory allows for easy programming and updates. Built-in diagnostic testing ensures optimal performance and maintenance. The bottom-hinged door provides convenient access to the cooking chamber. Included with the oven are two cast turntables for even cooking, a cool down pan, a cleaner kit, a turntable disk, an oven tray handle, a Teflon sheet, and two chromium plated steel racks, making it a complete solution for your cooking needs. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the Merrychef E3 is designed for longevity and ease of cleaning. It operates at 30 amps with a power output of 4.7kW, compatible with 208/240v/60/1-ph electrical systems. Certified by CE, NSF, and cULus, this oven meets high standards for safety and performance.
