The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, while the thermostat can be set up to 190°F for precise temperature control.
Equipped with universal wire slides on 3" centers, the cabinet accommodates up to (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. The adjustable slides can be modified in 1 1/2" increments to suit various pan sizes. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use.
