Description
The Metro C517-CFC-UA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility in food service environments. This 3/4 height cabinet features a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 190°F, ensuring optimal temperature control for holding and proofing. The cabinet is equipped with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability when stationary. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 phase power, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is certified by cULus and NSF, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and sanitation.
