The Metro C519-HFC-4 is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food storage and service. This full-height cabinet features a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 190°F, ensuring precise temperature management. The cabinet accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, supported by fixed wire slides on 3" centers. Equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability, this aluminum cabinet is easy to maneuver. Operating at 120V/60/1 phase with a power output of 2000 watts and 16 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
