The Metro C519-PFC-L is a mobile proofer cabinet designed for optimal performance in food preparation environments. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 120°F, ensuring precise temperature management. The cabinet accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers for efficient organization. Equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability, this aluminum cabinet is easy to maneuver.
