This C5™ 3 Series model features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. It is equipped with Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention and is designed to fit under counters, maximizing space utilization.
The cabinet includes a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents and a removable bottom mount control module for straightforward operation. With a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, it ensures precise temperature control for food safety. The unit accommodates up to ten 18" x 26" pans, utilizing lip-load slides on 1-1/2" centers for easy access.
Mobility is enhanced with 3" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph, drawing 1400 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
