The cabinet includes a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents and a removable bottom mount control module for straightforward operation. The thermostat is adjustable up to 200°F, allowing precise temperature control. It accommodates universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, with a capacity for (5) 18" x 26" pans or (10) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 3" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
