The Metro C533-HLFS-U-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This C5™ 3 Series model features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. Constructed with Gray Insulation Armour™, it ensures superior heat retention. The cabinet is insulated, including the door, and includes a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance.
With a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, it provides precise temperature control. The universal wire slides are spaced on 3" centers and can be adjusted in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating up to five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 3" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Made from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph with a power rating of 1400 watts and 12 amps. It is certified by cULus and NSF, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
