This C5™ 3 Series model features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. It is equipped with Gray Insulation Armour™ for superior insulation, ensuring consistent temperature retention.
The cabinet is designed to fit under counters and includes an insulated door for added heat retention. A removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance. The thermostat is adjustable up to 200°F, providing precise temperature control for various food items.
With universal wire slides positioned on 3" centers, the cabinet can accommodate either five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, offering flexible storage options. The adjustable slides can be modified in 1 1/2" increments to suit your needs.
Mobility is enhanced with 3" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability when stationary. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, with a power rating of 1400 watts and 12 amps. It is certified by cULus and NSF, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
