This under-counter insulated cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F. The universal wire slides are spaced on 3" centers and adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating up to five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 3" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
