With universal wire slides on 3" centers, the cabinet accommodates various pan sizes, holding up to five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. The adjustable slides can be modified in 1 1/2" increments to suit your specific needs.
Mobility is facilitated by 3" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, with a power rating of 1400 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any food service environment.
