This mobile unit includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. It accommodates up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, supported by fixed wire slides on 3" centers for versatile storage options.
