The Metro C535-CFC-4 is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring the innovative Red Insulation Armour™, this mobile unit ensures superior insulation for maintaining temperature. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while minimizing heat loss. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet offers precise temperature control up to 200°F, ensuring your food stays at the perfect serving temperature. It includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. The cabinet is constructed from durable aluminum and features 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during use. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
