Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet offers a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, providing precise temperature control. It includes fixed wire slides on 3-inch centers, accommodating up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, making it versatile for various food items.
The cabinet is constructed from durable aluminum and features 5-inch casters, with two equipped with brakes for stability during use.
