The Metro C535-CFS-4 is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring Red Insulation Armour™, this mobile cabinet ensures superior insulation and energy efficiency. It includes a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance, with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F for precise temperature control. The cabinet accommodates up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, supported by fixed wire slides on 3" centers. Equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability, this aluminum cabinet is built for durability and ease of movement.
