The Metro C535-CFS-4A is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring Red Insulation Armour™, this mobile cabinet ensures superior insulation for maintaining temperature. It accommodates up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, thanks to its fixed wire slides positioned on 3" centers. The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control. Built with durable aluminum, the cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
