The cabinet and door are fully insulated, providing reliable heat retention.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the thermostat can be adjusted up to 200°F, allowing for precise temperature management. The universal wire slides are positioned on 3" centers and are adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, with two featuring brakes for stability during use.
