The Metro C535-CLFC-4A is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and mobility. Featuring lower wattage for energy savings, it is equipped with Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention. The cabinet includes a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility and a removable bottom mount control module for convenient access. It has a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F, ensuring optimal temperature control for food items. The fixed wire slides are spaced on 3" centers, accommodating up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps.
