This C5™ 3 Series model features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. The cabinet is equipped with Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency and a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents.
It includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control. The universal wire slides are adjustable on 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing flexible storage options.
