The Metro C535-CLFS-4-GYA is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and mobility. Featuring the innovative Grey Insulation Armour™, this cabinet maintains optimal temperatures while consuming lower wattage. It accommodates up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, thanks to its fixed wire slides set on 3" centers. The thermostat allows precise temperature control up to 200°F. The cabinet is constructed from durable aluminum and includes a removable bottom mount control module for easy access. Equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes, it ensures easy mobility and stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
