It accommodates up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, thanks to its fixed wire slides positioned on 3" centers. The thermostat allows precise temperature control up to 200°F, making it ideal for various food holding and proofing needs. The removable bottom mount control module simplifies maintenance, while the durable aluminum construction ensures longevity.
