It is equipped with Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring consistent temperatures.
The cabinet is constructed from durable aluminum and includes an insulated door for enhanced heat retention. It accommodates up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1-1/2" centers, providing versatile storage options. The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control.
Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph, this unit delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, and is certified by cULus and NSF for safety and sanitation standards.
