The Metro C535-CLFS-L is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and mobility. This C5™ 3 Series model features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. It is equipped with Red Insulation Armour™ for superior heat retention and insulation. The cabinet and door are fully insulated, ensuring consistent temperature control up to 200°F, facilitated by a removable bottom mount control module.
With a capacity for (17) 18" x 26" pans, the cabinet utilizes lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers for easy access and organization. It is built from durable aluminum and features 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during transport. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, compliant with NEMA 5-15P, cULus, and NSF standards for safety and reliability.
