The Metro C535-CLFS-U is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and mobility. Featuring the innovative Red Insulation Armour™, this cabinet maintains optimal temperatures while using lower wattage. It accommodates up to eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, with universal wire slides adjustable on 3" centers in 1 1/2" increments. The thermostat allows precise temperature control up to 200°F. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
