The Metro C535-HFC-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This half-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring your food stays at the perfect temperature. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents without opening the cabinet.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature management. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
