The Metro C535-HLFC-U-GYA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This half-height cabinet features lower wattage consumption while maintaining optimal performance. It is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency and a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward operation, with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in food service environments.
