It operates at a lower wattage, making it energy-efficient while maintaining a thermostat range up to 200°F.
The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance. It is equipped with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
