The cabinet is equipped with a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control for your food items. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps.
