The Metro C535-MFS-L-GYA is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal moisture retention and temperature control. This mobile unit features Grey Insulation Armour™ for enhanced insulation, ensuring consistent heating up to 200°F. The cabinet is equipped with a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance, along with a thermostat and moisture control for precise environment management.
With a capacity for 17 standard 18" x 26" pans, the cabinet utilizes lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers for efficient organization. It is constructed from durable aluminum and includes 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for secure positioning.
